We specialize in HO scale, N scale, and G scale components, along with accessories that work across various scales. Our inventory includes everything from locomotives and rolling stock to buildings, track systems, and detail parts.
Do you offer parts for both beginners and advanced modelers?
Absolutely! Our product range caters to all skill levels – from ready-to-run items for beginners to highly detailed option parts and scale accessories for experienced modelers looking to customize their layouts.
Are your products compatible with major model railroad brands?
Yes, our adapters, scale parts, and track systems are designed to work with most major manufacturers’ products. If you have specific compatibility questions, please contact our customer service team.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Account holders enjoy faster checkout and order tracking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure online payments. All transactions are encrypted for your protection.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping methods:

Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx, typically delivered 10-15 business days after dispatch (7-12 days to North America).
Free Economy Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, typically delivered 15-25 business days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
We process most orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (November-January), please allow an additional 3-5 days for processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally except to some remote areas in Asia. All international shipments include tracking and may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.
Note: We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses due to carrier restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If any item doesn’t meet your model-building standards, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
